Return / Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Each Comfy Life Club item is made just for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, ordering multiple sizes to choose between them, or changing your mind after purchase.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. Our Bella+Canvas tees are soft, lightweight, and flattering with a closer everyday drape. If you prefer a looser or oversized comfy fit, we recommend sizing up.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Quality Issue

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please email us at support@comfylifeclub.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly. If your claim is approved, we will provide next steps and make it right at no cost to you.

Please do not send anything back unless we specifically instruct you to do so. In many cases, a return shipment may not be necessary.

Cancellations

At Comfy Life Club, we work to get your order moving as quickly as possible. Because our products are made to order and our fulfillment process is designed for fast turnaround, production may begin very soon after checkout is complete.

For that reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it is placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@comfylifeclub.com with your order number. We will make every effort to help if the order has not yet entered production.

Once an order is in production, printed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Life happens. If you have an unusual situation, please email us at support@comfylifeclub.com. We review customer-care situations individually, but we cannot guarantee returns, exchanges, or cancellations outside the terms described above.
