Comfy Life Club products are made to order. This means your item is printed especially for you after your order is placed, rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Many customers tell us they have been delighted with fast turnaround, but this may vary.
Order Processing and Production 📋
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Many orders may move faster, but production times can vary depending on order volume, holidays, supplier timelines, quality checks, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Times 📅
Delivery timing includes both production time and carrier transit time. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Address 📫
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help if the order has not yet entered production or shipped. However, once an order is in production, printed, or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages 📦
Once an order has shipped, carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other carrier issues.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we will review the situation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 😒
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly and make it right.
Made-to-Order Reminder 👕
Because Comfy Life Club items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, ordering multiple sizes to choose between them, or change of mind. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
